Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 1/2 tsp once or twice daily. Mix with any juice (fresh, organic carrot juice is best) or with food at mealtimes to mask the concentrated mineral flavor. May also take undiluted and follow with a glass of water or add a few drops to a glass of water throughout the day. Increased dosages are safe if needed or desired, large amounts may have a laxative effect.

For pets and all animals, we recommend you pour the minerals into the smaller 8oz bottle with the dropper-style dispensing top and use 1 drop of minerals for each 4 lbs of body weight. Mix in with their food or just add to their water.

For use as a mineral bath, pour 1/2 cup (4oz) into hot, filtered bath water and soak for 20-30 minutes to absorb the minerals through your skin. Also great for soaking hands and feet. Pour 2 tablespoons (1 oz) into a bucket or pan of hot, filtered water (as hot as you can tolerate) and soak for 15-20 minutes to absorb the minerals through your skin.
