I have been using this product for the past 13 years. I take it during menstruation and all I can say is I don't get moody and snappy like my friends and co-workers. I wish they would take this product too.

Hi Dr. G,

I have been taking the miracle of life and balanced woman 40 plus since Monday (5 days). I have energy like you would not believe. I feel like a kid again. I noticed the change the first day. As a reminder I am 54 and post menopausal. I have know there was something off in my body for a very long time. I take good care of myself, eat very healthy, and do moderate exercise. Nothing was working. After reading about the miracle of life and balanced woman 40 plus I ordered it and got directions from you on how to use it at first.

I have been a vegetarian for 35 years and I did not eat much dairy to begin with. I am off it all together. I am regular now as well, and this has been a problem most my life. Dear Dr Garland,

I wrote to you a short while ago having heard a broadcast you did and you kindly replied. At the time I asked about your Thyroid formula as I am currently taking 75mcg of Levothyroxine (not happy to be dependent on prescription medicines!) and wanted to come off of this if possible.

However, since speaking to you I found that my periods started to become a bit irregular and my hormones were not in balance (I am 48)and felt that I should try your Woman's hormone balancing formula first.

I ordered it and have been very impressed with how much better I feel in a very short period of time. My body no longer feels 'out of control'. I am recommending to two of my friends who have a need too! I am also sleeping better which is a real bonus. Thank you!

I was diagnosed with PCOS (poly-cystic ovary syndrome) in 1991. Until that time I would have 1-2 periods per year and they would be debilitating. I had to use fertility drugs to conceive my daughters. Then, Dr. G begged me to get on the Balanced Woman. I took the recommended dosage every morning at breakfast and at dinner. Within 3 months I started to have periods, first at 45 days, then 36 days, until finally (within 7-8 months) every 28 days....Absolutely AMAZING! One product CURED my PCOS.
