Burn Fat While You Sleep!
Imagine losing weight while you sleep!
Our bodies can burn fat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If your body isn’t burning fat like a furnace and you’re having trouble losing weight, it’s most likely because your liver isn’t functioning correctly. Without a healthy liver, nothing else you do for weight loss will make a dent.
While the other organs rest at night, repairing and rejuvenating for a new day, your liver is hard at work processing waste from your body, natural waste from cellular energy production, and unnatural waste from artificial additives in our food and chemicals in our water.
You really can burn fat while you sleep, but not if your poor, run-down liver is clogged up with junk. The first step in losing weight is to unclog your liver.
Your liver is home to industrial-strength workers called hepatocytes. Hepatocytes provide effective communication within the liver, cleansing the blood of waste by-products, processing proteins, fats and carbohydrates, synthesizing cholesterol and lipids, and much more.
Diet, stress and medications put up walls inside the liver, preventing the hepatocytes from communicating effectively!
If I was your liver, I’d cry “Uncle” and give up under this enormous work load!
With each of our cancer patients, the very first place we start is with detoxifying the liver to start cleansing the blood and boosting immune system response. Why not do the same thing for weight loss?
When we sat down to create our Night Time Fat Burner formula, the first ingredient we wanted to include was Milk thistle.
For centuries, Milk thistle has been revered as a “liver tonic”, and research studies now show this herb to be highly effective in repairing damage to the liver from toxic chemicals and medications.
Balancing blood sugar is the next step toward weight loss.
If your blood sugar is out of control, you have constant cravings for carbohydrates and sugar! Craving sweets means your messenger hormones are confused – what your body actually needs are proteins or fats, but instead we think it is for sweets.
The herb Tulsi (also known as Holy Basil) ends this confusion. Tulsi balances blood sugar levels, relieves inflammation and improves your mood!
In Ayurvedic tradition, Tulsi is revered as the “Queen of Herbs” and is ideal for relieving emotional stress, allowing the body to relax and start releasing its stored weight. Tulsi is a very potent herb and one of the most important ingredients for fighting stress and stress-induced weight gain.

Fat and Inflammation: a Dangerous Link
Turmeric, the powerhouse spice found in curry, is a fabulous anti-inflammatory. You might be saying to yourself, “I don’t need an anti-inflammatory! I just need something to help me lose weight!”
Stress and cortisol are the arch-enemies of weight loss. Cortisol is the hormone responsible for the flight or flight response, ensuring our survival in emergencies. However, chronic stress keeps cortisol levels elevated constantly.
Elevated cortisol levels cause inflammation, and inflammation causes “spare tires” around our middle. All accumulated fat around the waist is inflammation. If your waist measures more than 32 inches, that extra fat is an inflammatory response to cortisol levels. That extra fat, in turn, becomes toxic to your liver! You need to relieve inflammation to lose weight!
Ashwagandha is another powerhouse herb from India, revered in Ayurvedic medicine for helping to lower cortisol levels and stress-induced appetite, overeating, carbohydrate cravings and balancing blood sugar levels.
Together, these Ayurvedic herbs can help your body cleanse the blood, balance blood sugar and manage cortisol levels, relieving inflammation and emotional stress, allowing the body to relax and release stored fat.
Other Crucial Weight-Loss Factors
Did you know more than 95% of Americans are deficient in Vitamin D? This amazing compound is not really a vitamin at all, rather a hormone responsible for over 200 responses in the body. When you are deficient in Vitamin D, your body won’t release excess weight.
Chromium is an essential mineral that runs the pancreas, which produces insulin for regulating blood sugar levels. 90% of Americans are low in chromium. Are you seeing how high cortisol and low chromium work against you in losing weight?
The pancreas also produces enzymes which aid in the digestion of food and absorption of nutrients, but a special type of enzyme (called “proteolytic enzymes”) helps to lower inflammation and cleanse the blood.
We will never offer you a miracle cure or an overnight quick fix. You’re going to have to work to restore balance to your body, and then the excess weight will naturally fall off.

Further Tips & Suggestions
- Start your day with the juice of 1/2 lemon squeezed in 8 oz. hot water and then go get some exercise. Work up a sweat for at least 30 minutes. 45 minutes is even better, but even a brisk walk around the block makes a difference!
- Don’t skip breakfast! Your body just “fasted” and needs fuel for the day. Avoid empty foods like toast, muffins, bagels, donuts. Instead make up a Super-food Smoothie with a scoop of our Protein Plus Superfood and add your favorite fresh or frozen fruits. Or, have a bowl of oatmeal with quinoa (high in protein), fruit and a few nuts.
- Do not eat after 7pm. Eating late at night draws energy from the liver and other organs, leading to indigestion, insomnia, achy joints and waking up feeling tired and lethargic.
- At night, about 30 minutes before retiring, have a cup of hot water or chamomile tea with Night Time Fat Burner.
- Sleep at least 7 hours each night. Studies show that inadequate sleep, or continually waking up at night, prevent cortisol from dropping. Aim for 8 or 9 hours of sleep if/when possible.
- And most importantly, smile! All the changes you are making in your life are going to make you healthier, happier and far less stressed – enjoy the journey!
