Suggested Usage: Recommendations based upon body weight of 150lbs, adjust accordingly.

For Children: All of our formulas are suitable for children, adjust serving size accordingly. If they are young and uncomfortable swallowing a capsule, open the capsule and mix in unsweetened applesauce or juice. Gelcaps like Vit D and Shark Liver Oil can be chewed in the mouth and then the gelcap can be spit out.

Life Transfusion Liquid Minerals - containing all 84 essential minerals and trace minerals the body needs to function at peak performance, take 1 tsp twice daily or 1/2 tsp four times daily. You can also add a few drops to soups or water throughout the day.
Immune Support - take 3-6 capsules a day. This formula has “adaptive” capacity to normalize immune function and response. Increase to nine capsules a day if you feel something “coming on”.
Shark Liver Oil - take 6-9 gelcaps a day to supercharge your immune system. Sharks have the strongest immune system of any animal on the planet.
Vitamin D-3 - experts now say with high levels of Vitamin D-3 in our bloodstream, flu virus simply can’t breed. While these gelcaps are small, we pack 2,000 IU's in each gelcap. Take 3-5 daily.
