Oops - I ordered the wrong product
If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, please contact us right away by phone and select ext. 2 for customer service to cancel your order before it ships. Please don't send us an email requesting a cancellation. Most orders placed by 12noon MT will ship the same day and we may not receive your email in time to cancel the order. If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

How Do I Return a Product?
You may return new, unopened items purchased from Askdrgarland.com within 30 days of receipt to exchange for another product or for a full refund. Please follow the instructions below.
If you are trying a product for the first time, whether as a new or returning customer, we will allow you to return an opened bottle within 30 days of receipt.
Resale Customers: We do not accept returns for opened products purchased for resale.
3 Simple Return Steps
1. Contact Customer Service at 877-975-9080 ext 2 or email support@askdrgarland.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and address for shipping your return.
2. Make a copy of your sales receipt you received with your order and write the RMA number on it and return this in the package with your product being returned.
3. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package being returned. We strongly recommend shipping via a method which provides you with a tracking number for your package. If we do not receive your package within 10 business days from issuing the RMA, we will assume you changed your mind and will void the Refund Request.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of when we receive your return, depending upon whether you paid by check, credit card or PayPal. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
What Will Show on my Credit Card bill?
Your order will display as being from "Askdrgarland.com" on your credit card. If you do not remember ordering from us, please contact Customer Service at 877-975-9080 ext. 2 or email support@askdrgarland.com and we will look up the details of the order.

Please contact us before you deny the charge with your bank or credit card company, as it is costs us and places a black mark on our credit score with the credit card processing company, even after we prove that you made the purchase.
Fraudulent Charges - Stolen Credit Card Purchases
We log IP information on all orders and fraudulent purchases will be diligently pursued for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
