We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from us. Please contact us with any questions, preferably by phone for fastest response.

What is your Payment Policy?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, PayPal, Checks and Money Orders as payment methods.

If you select PayPal, we will send you a PayPal invoice to pay. When we receive your payment, we will ship your package.
If you select Check or Money Order, your order will be held until your payment is received and cleared.

We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL) technology to encrypt your personal credit or debit card information, including the account number, while it is transmitted over the Internet between your computer and our website's servers.

SSL is the industry standard technology for secure online transactions. Encryption is a sophisticated method of "scrambling" data. See Privacy Policy.

What is your shipping policy?

Most packages ship USPS First Class Priority Mail, as we have found this service to be fast, reliable and the least expensive for small packages. For larger orders, we do offer FedEx Home Delivery and SmartPost (Mainland USA only - excludes Hawaii, Alaska and International orders.) International shipments are sent as USPS International Mail.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically when you checkout, based upon the weight of your products and your shipping address.

Most orders placed by 12pm CT will ship the same day.
