Milk does NOT do a Body Good!

Did you know milk and arthritis pain are directly associated?
How about milk and fibromyalgia?

Today’s Health Alert comes to us from Dr. Sunny Kierstyn, a Chiropractic Physician and founder of the Fibromyalgia Care Center in Eugene, OR. Dr. Kierstyn has documented a 70% decrease in PAIN in her patients within a few weeks of eliminating dairy.

If you have any doubt at all that milk and dairy products can really be linked to pain in your body, take Dr. Kierstyn’s No Dairy Challenge (instructions below) and document your experience. I have no doubt you will be amazed at the results!

Please forward today’s Health Alert to anyone you know who still consumes dairy (especially whey protein powders) and urge them to switch to delicious and healthy plant-based alternatives.

Milk Does NOT Do a Body Good!

America has had a love affair with the juices from a cow since the wagon trains came west. When mom died, Dad could feed the munchkin cow’s milk and the child would appear to thrive. Today, a hundred and fifty years later, Americans consume milk and dairy products in record numbers – in a dozen+ varieties, upwards of a half a dozen times or more a day – for decades through their lives.

During my years as a Chiropractic Physician, at the second visit of each patient, I have been collecting food surveys designed to seek out the overt and covert ways people consume dairy containing foods. Ten years worth of these surveys have shown us that, on the average, Americans put some form of dairy foods in their body three to eight times a day! That’s a lot of cow juice.

So what is so wrong with that? Research about cow’s milk shows that it is designed to grow a 600 pound, breedable animal within fifteen months of time. That’s A LOT of calories and hormones and proteins.

So what is wrong with that? What’s wrong with that is that humans were never meant to drink the milk of another species and certainly not for prolonged times, such as decades! What’s wrong with it is that we are finding out that those proteins cause disease.

What diseases?
Numerous diseases are known to stem from and/or be seriously (negatively) influenced by dairy consumption: acne, ADD (plus a variety of other behavioral problems), arthritis, PAIN (any PAIN problem), asthma, allergies, Alzheimer’s, anemia, bed wetting, bone disease, PAIN, bowel function, breast cancer, brucellosis, cholesterol and liver problems, colic, colds, congestive conditions, Crohn’s disease, PAIN, Diabetes (both juvenile and adult), depression, dioxin poisoning, early maturity, fibroids, fibromyalgia, PAIN, endometriosis, hormonal imbalances, headaches, heartburn, infertility, kidney stones, lymphoma, lactose intolerances, leukemia, lungworms, ALS (any autoimmune disease), PAIN, mucus problems, migraines, mood swings, MS, nasal dysfunctions, obesity, osteoporosis, ovarian cysts, PAIN, prostate problems (both enlargement and cancer), PAIN, rheumatoid arthritis, salmonella, sinus conditions, skin conditions, stroke, PAIN, stomach aches, SIDS, tuberculosis, the terrible twos, uterine cancer, colon cancer, PAIN, ovarian cancer, etc., etc., etc.

Are You a Heart Attack Waiting to Happen?

If your systolic blood pressure reading is continually above 120, you are a ticking bomb, just waiting for a heart attack to happen!

February is National Heart Awareness Month and for good reason. Heart Disease is America’s #1 Killer. There are over one million unnecessary deaths each year from strokes, heart attacks, cardiac arrest, severe angina and clogged arteries.

Yet it shouldn’t be this way.

Did you hear about what happened to former President Bill Clinton last week? He required emergency surgery to have two stents placed in one of his coronary arteries due to chest pains – this after having quadruple bypass surgery in 2004.

Over two-thirds of Americans suffer from some kind of cardiovascular disease; heart attacks, strokes, clogged-up arteries, dangerously high cholesterol and homocysteine, hypertension, high blood pressure and diabetes. It is estimated by medical researchers that in excess of one million people die each year from heart related problems, and all unnecessarily.

Obesity is also a chronic problem in all age groups and getting worse by the second. The first lady, Michelle Obama, last week launched an initiative to fight Childhood Obesity.

Conquering what I call the Foot and Mouth Disease; a lack of exercise (foot) and eating too much food (mouth) – has an immediate impact in reversing both of these epidemics.

Got Burps, Diarrhea? 60% can't digest milk

Mainstream media has finally woken from a centuries-long deep sleep!

Earlier this week, USA Today broke the story picked up by broadcast news channels all across the country.  News I’ve been screaming about for over 15 years – milk is a rotten food.

Once past infancy, most of us can’t digest the so-called “perfect food”.  Belching, diarrhea, flatulence, acne, clogged arteries, weak bones and teeth are all caused by milk consumption.

Here’s the story published in USA Today:

Got milk? If you do, take a moment to ponder the true oddness of being able to drink milk after you’re a baby.

No other species but humans can. And most humans can’t either.

The long lists of food allergies some people claim to have can make it seem as if they’re just finicky eaters trying to rationalize likes and dislikes. Not so. Eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish soy and gluten all can wreak havoc on the immune system of allergic individuals, even causing a deadly reaction called anaphylaxis.

But those allergic reactions are relatively rare, affecting an estimated 4% of adults.

Milk’s different.

America's Bones Are Crumbling

I was startled to read a research study recently week on the “crumbling bones of America.”

It says that over 60% of Americans fail to get adequate amounts of Calcium! Osteoporosis (porous bones) is  becoming an epidemic, particularly among women. But men are also “crumbling”.

How can this be? So many people take  Calcium supplements, drink milk by the gallon and eat cheese and ice cream without benefit. What has gone wrong?

This week’s Health Alert will debunk the myths behind Calcium supplementation and what truly is required to grow strong, healthy bones.

Beat Breast Cancer for 8 Cents a Day‏

“Some stunning news hit my desk this week about fighting cancer, especially Breast Cancer.

A special formula containing high potency Calcium along with Vitamin D-3 (cholecalciferol) reduced cancer rates for ALL FORMS OF CANCER, by a staggering 77% in an exhaustive four year trial.

The findings bolster a recent study which uncovered a direct association between Calcium and Vitamin D intake and a far lower risk of breast cancer.

We have the formula used in the test, and it costs just 8 cents a day”

Every 24 Seconds Someone is Diagnosed with Breast Cancer

While billions of dollars of government and special donor research money has been spent fighting this dreadful and often fatal disease, the odds are that a shocking one out of seven women will develop this disease.

Breast cancer has become the second largest cause of cancer death in women, after lung cancer, and the leading cause of death for women between 35 and 54.

Ever since the so called “war on cancer” was declared, more women have died of breast cancer than the total number of Americans who lost their lives in World Wars I and II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War, COMBINED!

Clearly we are in the midst of a breast cancer epidemic. (Read my February 4th newsletter, “Breast Cancer Is Stealing Our Best & Brightest“)

By the time a tell-tale lump is detected in the breast, there is already an estimated 45 billion cancer cells present, and some of these malignant cells have metastasized to other parts of the body.

There is hope – a light at the end of a dark tunnel.
