How do I Reinstate My Membership
Oops! I accidentally marked your newsletter as spam.
Due to the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, if you inadvertently mark our email as spam, you are automatically placed on a “Do-Not-Contact” list and removed from our Preferred Member program.
Unfortunately we don’t have control over your subscription, so we are unable to remedy this for you. We apologize for this, but if it happens, follow the simple instructions below to reverse this action and rejoin the Contagious Health newsletter and our Preferred Member program.
How to re-subscribe to our Contagious Health newsletter:
1. Look in your Spam folder to locate one of our newsletters. If you find one, select the message and mark it as “Not Spam” to prevent future newsletters from being automatically sent to your Spam folder. Then, go to Step 3.
2. If you do not find one of our newsletters in the Spam folder, look in your Inbox or use your email search tool to search for “email@example.com” to find one of our newsletters.
3. When you find a newsletter, open it and scroll all the way to the bottom of the newsletter. Click on the “Manage your subscription” link. A new window will open. Uncheck the box next to “Do Not Contact” and save your changes. Please let us know when you have made these changes, and we can reinstate your Preferred Customer status and discounts.
4. If you are unable to locate a newsletter or need guidance, please contact our Customer Support team at 877-975-9080 x 2. We can walk you through registering a new e-mail address or we can provide you with instructions for contacting the newsletter management service and politely requesting your original email address to be removed from the Do-Not-Contact list.
