How to re-subscribe to our Contagious Health newsletter:
1. Look in your Spam folder to locate one of our newsletters. If you find one, select the message and mark it as “Not Spam” to prevent future newsletters from being automatically sent to your Spam folder. Then, go to Step 3.
2. If you do not find one of our newsletters in the Spam folder, look in your Inbox or use your email search tool to search for “newsletter@askdrgarland.com” to find one of our newsletters.
3. When you find a newsletter, open it and scroll all the way to the bottom of the newsletter. Click on the “Manage your subscription” link. A new window will open. Uncheck the box next to “Do Not Contact” and save your changes. Please let us know when you have made these changes, and we can reinstate your Preferred Customer status and discounts.
