Diabetes — Cancer’s Kissing Cousin

August 22nd, 2013

“Evidence continues to accumulate that obesity raises a person’s risk for developing many types of cancer, worsens prognosis for some patients and compromises health and well-being of cancer survivors. Given the large increases in obesity rates over the past 30 years, it is likely there will be a negative impact on survival and quality of life unless we take action to address the problem.” – Karen Basen-Engquist, Ph.D., Director, Center for Energy Balance in Cancer Prevention and Survivorship and professor of Behavioral Science.

As you know, natural preventative health is my life’s work.  There are no more pressing health issues in our country than the issues of obesity, diabetes and cancer.

I’m sick to my stomach when I see the lines at fast-food restaurants and the people waddling up to the lines to buy their dead animal sandwiches and massive cups, filled to the brim with sugar and high-fructose corn syrup.  These people are God’s children, led to the slaughter by advertising companies and cheap, fake food.

Most people in our country, close to 70% at last count, are overweight or obese.  By 2030, if this trend continues, 13 states will have obesity rates over 60%, leading to approximately 500,000 additional Cancer cases.

The prognosis is not good.  People need to stop eating at fast-food joints, go buy some produce and get off their very fat butts and go for a walk.  One research study said stated, if overweight people each lost 2 lbs each, 100,000 cases of cancer could be avoided.

I have something to say today that every person in our entire nation needs to hear.

IT’S NOT TOO LATE!

If you or your overweight or diabetic loved one follows exactly what I’m about to tell you, they will not only lose weight, it’s more than possible they can reverse their diabetes and avoid cancer.

Together, we can kick obesity, diabetes and cancer directly in the arse!

The Diabetes-Cancer Connection

Evidence linking diabetes and high insulin levels to certain cancers has grown stronger over the past several years, leading scientists to investigate potential mechanisms.

A growing body of evidence is finding that having diabetes or signs of insulin resistance may lead to an increased risk of certain cancers. The connection is strongest among certain types of cancers, including kidney, pancreatic and colorectal.

“The trend emerging [in this area] is that the type 2 diabetes associated with high insulin levels is the biggest problem relating to cancer risk,” said Michael Pollak, M.D., a professor at the Department of Oncology and Director of the Cancer Prevention Research Unit at McGill University. But it’s not just type 2 diabetes, he added, this link is evident for everyone with prediabetes, which is a much larger group.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, approximately 40 percent of Americans – 41 million people – are estimated to have prediabetes, a condition that increases the risk of developing diabetes. Hyperinsulinemia, too much insulin in the blood, is a sign of prediabetes. People can be unaware they have prediabetes for years before symptoms and rising glucose levels result in a diabetes diagnosis.

Hyperinsulinemia, type 2 diabetes and cancer all share a major risk factor: high body fat. AICR’s expert report found that high body fat is convincingly linked to increased risk of several cancers, including pancreatic and colorectal.

The hormonal changes spurred by high body fat may be leading to increased risk of cancer and type 2 diabetes. Hyperinsulinemia could also act independent of body fat to increase cancer risk. Yet insulin, which stimulates cell proliferation and growth, appears to be one of the key mediators.

Some of the strongest findings relating to diabetes, hyperinsulinemia and cancer risk relate to colorectal cancer. University of Minnesota researchers found women diagnosed with diabetes had a 50 percent higher chance of developing colorectal cancer than non-diabetic women.

For now, researchers know that obesity is tied to hyperinsulinemia and type 2 diabetes. The National Diabetes Information Clearinghouse states: Losing at least 5 to 10 percent of a person’s starting weight can prevent or delay diabetes or even reverse prediabetes.

“This is tied in to bad nutritional habits, excess energy intake and a sedentary lifestyle,” said Dr. Pollak. The work in progress is exciting, he says, but “there’s something people can do about their risk now.”

The Hidden, Ugly Truth About HRT

August 7th, 2013

Horses Cry, Too

Possibly the greatest travesty in the world of pharmaceutical drugs is the appalling case of Premarin for Hormone Replacement Therapy or HRT.

Recently, I spoke on a radio program about HRT.  Click the link below to listen as I share the hidden truth of Hormone Replacement Therapy.

The entire thing is a total fraud.

This fraud is compounded by the equally appalling, intentionally perpetrated cruelty on the innocent female horses, kept prisoners by the BIG PHARMA company behind it all.  They need the defenseless horses’ urine during their pregnancy in order to create their fraud.

None of this should be happening of course, but that’s the despicable moral turpitude of the American drug industry.

They will literally do anything to make a buck. Safety and compassion be damned as they march toward the battle lines, yelling: “We have to make a buck – NO MATTER WHAT!”

Of course, the women of America know nothing of this, and are likely reading this for the first time. Thankfully that is precisely what we are here for, to educate and possibly save a life.

MENOPAUSE & HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY

Before we go on with explaining how we can help save you, let me give you a brief description of this modern trend called Hormone Replacement Therapy.

A famous French doctor, by the name of Menville, coined the term “menopause” when he said this:

“When the vital forces seek to work together in the interest of the uterus, they go to join those of the mind and the rest of the body. The critical age passed, women have the hope of a longer life than men, their thought acquires more precision, more scope and vitality.”

This view is an unfortunate contradiction to that of the medical and drug industry.  They view menopause as an illness or disease, a time when hot flashes, mood swings, bone disease and cardiovascular problems predominate.

The Book That Will Change Cancer Medicine – Yours Free

August 2nd, 2013

…a personal message from the desk of Wayne Garland about a dramatic breakthrough in the fight against Cancer.

Today, I have a message so valuable, it’s burning inside of me and I wanted to take a moment to send you a personal note from my heart.

As you know, I’ve seen hundreds of extraordinary alternative nutraceuticals with the ability to turn lives around and even save them. Cancer is an epidemic – both breast and prostate cancers are rampant! We all know someone who’s been affected or even struck down by this horrific illness.

Can the epidemic be stopped?

I rarely write to you this way, but if someone told me they knew how to possibly save a life of a loved one, and didn’t tell me how, I would be furious!

Diindolylmethane is THAT kind of discovery! The shortened name of this fantastical supplement is DIM – but, it’s the furthest thing from dim – it’s phenomenal, blazing genius.

Scientists recently made this staggering discovery: DIM is a robust, powerful activator of the immune response system.

So, why is it DIM is virtually unknown to most people? Particularly those who are being treated in the modern medicine community – when the stakes are so enormous?

(Please read the newsletter, “Scientists Make Breakthrough Cancer Discovery” – with recent research findings on how DIM literally ‘turns off the cancer tap!‘)

I am passionate about this amazing natural compound, as DIM acts to promote and support a favorable metabolism of estrogen and related hormones.

Our DIM formula is vital for everyone in this country! If I could put your face in my hands and speak to you, intimately, in person, I would say, “BUY THIS PRODUCT!” It’s illegal for me to say there is a “cure for cancer” – but, IF THERE WAS something that could help you to avoid this deadly disease, DIM would be IT!

Last week, I had the opportunity to share my enthusiasm about DIM. Click on the audio player below to listen to the national radio program.)

Flushing your body of excess, toxic Estrogens is the key to protecting your body. DIM improves estrogen metabolism, which translates into a healthier, more youthful hormone balance, increased fat loss, and reduced cancer risk. I feel so strongly about DIM’s abilities, I want to put everyone on this product for free!

While I may not be able unable to give you a bottle of DIM for free, for a limited time, when you purchase 2 bottles of DIM, you’ll receive the “All About DIM” book for absolutely free. You’ll learn the amazing benefits and read research reports focused on DIM and it’s powerful healing properties. “All About DIM” will give you the answers you need to start putting this powerful phyto-nutrient to work for you.

Please forward this email to your friends and family and don’t hesitate to call us with questions you have. If you’ve been putting off purchasing your bottle, TODAY IS THE DAY! Pick up the phone and call me now. Your bottle of DIM is waiting!

And as always, here’s to your Contagious Health!

Wayne Garland

DIM (Diindolylmethane) is a special form of plant Indoles called Indole-3-Carbinol, found in all cruciferous vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and cauliflower. Cultivated for centuries and historically used for medicines, when you chew raw or lightly cooked cruciferous vegetables, plant enzymes are activated, allowing the Indoles to enter your body.

DIM stimulates more efficient estrogen metabolism, aiding the body in breaking down estrogen into its beneficial, or “good” estrogen metabolites, benefiting our heart and brain, boosting immune system response, as well as freeing up testosterone, which can lead to enhanced lean body mass, more efficient fat-burning metabolism, lower abdominal obesity, improved mood and enhanced sex drive.

All About DIM by Michael A. Zeligs, MD and A. Scott Connelly, MD answers critical questions concerning both men and women regarding the balance of testosterone and estrogen. Its importance for women lies in proper metabolism of estradiol. Its importance for men is maintaining adequate free testosterone while assuring proper metabolism of excess estrogen.

Scientists Make Breakthrough Cancer Discovery

July 31st, 2013

Scientists Make Breakthrough Cancer Discovery
“At the University of California at Berkeley, the Chairman of the Nutritional Sciences Department and the Director of the National Institutes of Health Cancer Research Program were studying the biological properties of Diindolylmethane (DIM), a naturally occurring compound found in Brassica vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, kale, brussel sprouts), when they made a remarkable discovery:

DIM is a potent activator of the immune response system.

Some individuals have asked why not just eat a lot of Brassica vegetables instead of supplementation? Why not change one’s lifestyle to try to enjoy pounds of these vegetables every day?

The answer is the Brassica Paradox.

The best way for one to receive the maximum nutritious value of these vegetables is to consume them raw and uncooked as cooking them in any way destroys the enzyme necessary for the production of some of their premium health promoting phytonutrients, such as Diindolylmethane.

However, this same enzyme is also responsible for the production of certain goitrogenic compounds. Goitrogens are dietary ingredients that get in the way of the absorption of iodine and cause thyroid issues. So consuming large amounts of these vegetables raw and uncooked exposes one to large amounts of goitrogenic compounds which may have a negative side effect on the thyroid gland.

Cooking them thoroughly on the other hand limits one’s exposure to compounds such as Diindolylmethane, which is not goitrogenic, and significantly reduces the nutritional value of these vegetables. This is the Brassica Paradox.”*

This Deserves a Nobel Prize

One of the BIGGEST MYTHS of so called “Modern Medicine”, is: We are all Estrogen deficient.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

Fact is, most of us are flowing over with too MUCH Estrogen!  Where do you think the Breast Cancer Epidemic came from?

The lunatics at BIG PHARMA even got women to take powdered horse urine tablets (Premarin) with a massive false marketing campaign for so called ‘Hormone Replacement Therapy’. Hundreds of thousands of women were stricken with cancer, dropping dead from unnecessary heart attacks and wasted bones.

The REAL truth is this:  Basic daily exercise and a vegetarian/zero saturated fats diet will correct the problem!

Western women (and men) are generally up to their ears in Estrogen due to gobbling down endless amounts of saturated fat, drinking alcohol, not getting any exercise, lack of fiber, and epidemic obesity.

One in eight women you know will end up with breast cancer.  1 in 6 American men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer.

This is largely due to excess Estradiol and Estrone, the two most powerful Estrogens. It is also due to Estriol deficiency – Estriol is the good, safe, protective Estrogen.

Should Brad Pitt now castrate himself in an act of Self-Butchery?

May 22nd, 2013

“I think scars are sexy because they mean that you made a mistake that led to a mess.”

– Angelina Jolie

As you are obviously aware from the screaming headlines and talking heads on Hollywood gossip TV shows, Brad Pitt’s wife actress Angelina Jolie just had a double mastectomy to remove both her breasts because she was terrified of possibly getting breast cancer.

As the medical authorities tell us that 90% of all men will suffer or “get” prostate cancer in their lifetime, will Mr Pitt follow in his wife’s footsteps and self-castrate himself so as not to get cancer?

This is all lunacy, you know.

Jolie, like many women, has been terrified into a state of total obedience to the cancer industry.

She carries the BRCA1 gene, and she has been lied to and told this gene gives her an “87% chance of breast cancer”.

It’s a complete lie, of course: Cancer is never a matter of “chance” or “luck.”

It’s a matter of cause and effect. Genes can be turned on or off by food, two simple nutritional supplements and lifestyle choices.

I’ve preached for years, screaming from the rooftops that you can “Cancer-Proof your body” by adopting a plant-based diet, including zero dairy product ingestion, eliminating all red meat, pork and chicken consumption, walking for 45 minutes every day and taking six immune system and hormonal supplements..

Obviously, Ms, Jolie and Mr. Pitt did not hear me, or worse, did not heed my words.

Instead, Ms. Jolie has written an impassioned “Opinion Piece” published in the prestigious New York Times explaining her actions.

I nearly threw up when I read it.

Not for her love of self-mutilation, but for what all this will do to so many wonderful young women out there who “look up” to Ms. Jolie as a role model and admire her film and charity work, saving innocent children from orphanages around the world, which is certainly to be admired.
